1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of:

• The Mevolve mobile application ("App"),
• The Mevolve website ("Website"), and
• All related services, features, tools, and content (collectively, the "Services").

By accessing or using the Services, you confirm that you:

• Have read and understood these Terms
• Agree to comply with them
• Are legally able to enter into this agreement

If you do not agree, you must stop using the Services immediately.

To use the Services, you must:

• Have permission from a parent/guardian if you are a minor in your jurisdiction
• Not be prohibited from using the Services under applicable laws

If you create an account on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

To use certain features, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information
• Maintain the security of your login credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use
• Be responsible for all activities under your account

We reserve the right to suspend or delete accounts that violate our Terms.

5. Subscriptions, Billing & Payments

Mevolve offers free and paid features.

A. Subscription Model

Paid features operate on subscription plans available through:

• Apple App Store
• Google Play Store

B. Automatic Renewal

Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before renewal.

C. Cancellation

You may cancel at any time through your App Store/Play Store account settings. Deleting the App does not cancel a subscription.

D. Refunds

Refunds are governed by the policies of Apple and Google. We cannot process refunds directly.

6. User Content

You may create or upload personal content such as:

• To-dos
• Notes
• Lists
• Journals
• Habits
• Other personal entries

You retain full ownership of your content.

By using the Services, you grant us permission to store, process, and display your content solely to operate and improve Mevolve.

We do not access your private content except:

• To troubleshoot an issue you request help with
• When legally required

7. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to use the Services to:

• Violate any laws
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or modify the app
• Upload malware, harmful code, or disruptive content
• Harass or harm other users
• Attempt unauthorized access to systems or data
• Scrape, copy, or clone the Services
• Use automated scripts, bots, or data harvesting tools
• Interfere with the Services' normal operation

Violation may result in immediate account suspension or legal action.

8. Intellectual Property

All rights in the Services—including but not limited to:

• Source code
• App design
• Logos, trademarks, branding
• Text, graphics, UI elements
• Website content

remain the exclusive property of Realtime Innovations Limited.

You may not:

• Copy
• Modify
• Distribute
• Sell
• Publish
• Create derivative works

without our express written consent.

9. Privacy Policy

Your use of the Services is subject to our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your data.

By using Mevolve, you consent to the data practices described in the Privacy Policy.

10. Service Availability & Modifications

We may modify or discontinue any part of the Services at any time, including:

• Features
• Content
• Access to servers
• Subscription plans

We are not liable for any damages arising from service modifications or interruptions.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services if you:

• Abuse the Services
• Engage in unlawful activity
• Pose a security risk

Termination does not entitle you to a refund unless required by law.

• The App will be error-free
• The Services will be uninterrupted
• Stored data will always be accessible

You use Mevolve at your own risk.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
• Our total liability for any claim related to the Services is limited to the amount you paid us in the last 12 months.

This limitation applies to:

• Lost profits
• Data loss
• Business interruption
• Service outages

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so these may not apply to you.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ireland.

If you are a consumer within the EU, you retain protections granted by your own country's consumer laws.

Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Dublin, Ireland, unless local law requires otherwise.
